Testimony

I and my wife still cannot believe that this happened. For us, Clovis was one of the most intelligent and respectable man we ever met. We did not intersect too often, but we remember all our meetings. His kindness and willingness to help, supported by his colleagues and of course (in a significant part!) by Tanya, were indeed unprecedented.   This picture is a boat trip at a conference in Iowa. You can find there Clovis, Florian Potra and me. I think that this was the year 1994. As you can see, Clovis did not change too much. He will always remain in our memory as at this picture: the strong and wise man, appreciating the work and the pleasure.   Yurii
